1. POMPEO WARNS LEBANON'S HARIRI: 'IRAN OPERATING ON YOUR SOIL'
by Mordechai Sones
Channel 13 News' Barak Ravid reports that following US intelligence, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri during his visit to Beirut ten days ago that Hezbollah and Iran have secretly set up a new factory to produce precision rockets on Lebanese soil.
Two weeks ago, Pompeo visited Israel and met twice with Prime Minister Netanyahu. An American source said that during his visit, Netanyahu presented information to Pompeo indicating that Iran and Hezbollah secretly established a new factory for manufacture of precision rockets in Lebanon, the existence of which was not known until recently.
In September, Netanyahu revealed in his speech at the UN General Assembly the existence of two precision missile manufacturing plants in Lebanon and following the speech, Hezbollah shut down the factories.
After his visit to Israel, Pompeo traveled to Beirut. The American source said the US Secretary of State met with Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri and conveyed a strong message about the new missile plant. Pompeo warned Hariri the missile plant could have implications for Lebanon's security.
"Pompeo made clear to senior officials in Beirut that Hezbollah is doing something inside Lebanon, and the danger of escalation against Israel as a result of this is real," the source said. "We made sure all the information we have in this context (of the missile factory) is also in the hands of the Lebanese government."
The US State Department commented: "We do not give details about the contents of quiet diplomatic contacts."
2. KINNERET RISES ADDITIONAL 10 CENTIMETERS
by Arutz Sheva Staff
The Kinneret's (Sea of Galilee) rose 10 centimeters (approximately about four inches) since Monday, the Water Authority noted.
The rise, similar to the one reported Monday, brings the Kinneret to 21 centimeters more than it was at the end of last week.
Since the beginning of the rainy season, the lake has risen by 2.8 meters. Now standing at 1.14 meters above the lower red line, the Kinneret would have to rise another 3.06 meters to be full.
Local rainfall is expected to continue in northern Israel on Tuesday, lessening in the afternoon. Temperatures will remain lower than seasonal average.
Wednesday will be partly cloudy, and temperatures will rise but remain lower than seasonal average. During the night, light local rains will fall across the country.
Thursday will be partly cloudy, and northern Israel will see light local rains during the morning hours. Temperatures will rise to seasonal average.
Friday will be partly cloudy with a drop in temperatures.
3. FORCE-FEEDING OF TERRORISTS ON HUNGER STRIKE?
by Yehonatan Gottlieb
The Israel Prison Service and the Ministry of Public Security are preparing for a hunger strike of terrorists imprisoned in Israel.
Orientalist Yoni Ben Menachem reported on his Twitter account that doctors in the reserves will be recruited to man the force-feeding facilities if the hunger strike is indeed launched on Sunday.
The security prisoners intend not to drink or eat in order to collapse quickly and thus to exert pressure on Israel.
A senior member of the "Palestinian Prisoners' Club" in Ramallah said that the initiative was that of the leadership of Hamas prisoners in Israel, whom dozens of Fatah prisoners and former Tanzim secretary-general Marwan Barghouti, who is serving five life sentences, are expected to join.
The strike is part of the efforts of the imprisoned terrorists against the intention of the Israel Prison Service to prevent them from receiving cell phone reception in the prison cells.
The Prisons Service informed some of the organizing prisoners that they may be deprived of their rights under the law following the strike.
4. SENIOR HAMAS OFFICIAL DENIES REPORTS OF PRISONER SWAP
by Arutz Sheva Staff
A senior Hamas official on Tuesday denied reports that the ceasefire deal expected to go into effect in the coming days includes a section on prisoner swaps, the the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation reported.
Denying the report, senior Hamas official Moussa Dudin, who is responsible for the prisoners' portfolio in the terror organization, emphasized: "These are rumors intended to calm the prisoners' spirits in the prisons and their unity."
Earlier on Tuesday, Hamas' Al-Quds TV channel reported that the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas will include a section on prisoner swaps.
Previous reports regarding the ceasefire claimed that it would ease the restrictions on the fishing area and gradually open the Gaza crossings to allow additional goods through, as well as allow the Qatari money into Gaza.
Israel has already begun implementing the deal, but a balloon attached to an explosive device landed Monday in Sderot, and another explosive balloon failed to cross the border before exploding within Gaza.
5. US STOPS DELIVERY OF F-35S TO TURKEY
by Elad Benari
US officials said on Monday that Washington has stopped delivery of F-35 fighter jet parts to Turkey in response to Ankara's decision to move ahead with the purchase of a Russian surface-to-air missile system, The Associated Press reported.
The officials spoke anonymously to discuss the decision before it was announced.
Ankara's push to buy the systems from Moscow has caused tensions with the US, its NATO ally.
Military experts are concerned that the deployment of S-400s would put the security of allied weapon systems, particularly F-35 aircraft and radar facilities, in danger.
The US believes the S-400 sale is part of Russian efforts to disrupt the alliance amid Western concern over Erdogan's burgeoning relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The US has been warning Turkey for months that buying the Russian S-400 system would jeopardize its planned purchase of the advanced fighter aircraft. The halt in the delivery of parts and manuals is the first step toward ending the actual aircraft sale.
A top US general said last month he would recommend that the United States withhold delivery of F-35 fighter jets to Turkey if Ankara goes through with the purchase of the Russian S-400 air defense system.
Monday's move comes just days after Turkey's foreign minister said his country was committed to a deal to buy the Russian system and was discussing delivery dates.
In January, Turkey rejected a US offer to cancel its purchase of S-400 missiles from Russia. This came after a spokesman for President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made clear that Turkey's purchase of US missiles will not affect its deal to acquire rival S-400 missiles from Russia.
Erdogan insisted last month that Turkey's deal to buy Russian S-400 missile defense systems had "nothing to do" with the security of the US.
6. DE BLASIO DEMANDS APOLOGY FOR 'THERE IS NO PALESTINE' STATEMENT
by Sara Rubenstein
Jewish New York City Councilman Kalman Yeger became the subject of controversy last week when he denied the existence of Palestine and called congresswoman Ilhan Omar an antisemite. Palestinian activist Linda Sarsour then attacked Yeger by calling his statement "this kind of hate" and "bigoted."
New York Mayor Bill de Blasio joined in the fray on Friday by giving Yeger an ultimatum to apologize or be removed from the City Council committee on immigrant issues.
"If you're asking my personal opinion, yeah, I think someone who has the ability to say that about Palestinian people by definition should not be on the Immigration Committee," the mayor said on WNYC radio, according to the New York Post.

"Now, if he comes out and he apologizes, and says, 'Look, I was wrong and I realize what I did was hurtful and I've got to change,' different discussion. But if he's not going to apologize, he shouldn't be on that committee," de Blasio said.
As of last week, Councilman Yeger, who represents Brooklyn, was not apologetic. "There is no state by that name; there is no place by that name. That's a fact. I did not make it up,"
According to the Post, Yeger doesn't care whether he remains on the committee. "Whatever the speaker wants to do is fine by me…," he said. "I didn't ask to serve on the Immigration Committee. If he wants me there, I will be there. If he doesn't want me there, then that's the speaker's choice."
However, Yeger admitted that it may not have been judicious of him to publicly deny Palestine. "Did it need to be said on Twitter?" he said. "Probably not,… but it doesn't make it untruthful."
7. 'IT'S NOT ANTI-SEMITIC TO HATE THE JEWS OF ISRAEL'
by Sara Rubenstein
Ken Livingstone, the former mayor of London, already notorious for his past anti-Zionist statements, said at a meeting last week, "It's not antisemitic to hate the Jews of Israel."
"You can't have a proper functioning democracy in a world in which the media, whether it's the press or internet, can just spread lie after lie after lie," he added. Livingstone's comments were first reported in the United Kingdom's Daily Mail newspaper.
Livingstone, who quit Labour last year following a two year suspension for his comment that Hitler supported Zionism was speaking at a meeting of "Labour Against The Witchhunt." The "Labour Against The Witchhunt" group says that criticism of anti-Semitism within Labour is a "witchhunt" designed to push Corbyn out of power.
Livingstone also blamed accusations of anti-Semitism in Labour on 'ghastly old Blairites... doing everything possible to get rid' of Corbyn."
"Blairites" is a reference to former allies of former prime minister Tony Blair - Labour members who were not part of the party's hard left and would have spoken about against anti-Semitism in the party.
Livingstone served as London's mayor from 2002 until 2008 and prior to that was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Brent East from 1987 to 2001.
8. GRANDFATHER OF MURDERED BABY: SHOW OUR ENEMIES WE MEAN BUSINESS
by Joe Frager

Arutz Sheva contributor Joe Fraeger spoke to Chaim Silberstein, the grandfather of the baby who was murdered in a terrorist attack in Samaria in December, at the National Council of Young Israel Gala in New York City Sunday night.
Silberstein called on Prime Minister Netanyahu to ensure that the houses of both of the terrorists who shot his pregnant daughter and son-in-law be demolished.
"The house of one of the terrorists has not been destroyed. There were two terrorists, one that shot my daughter and the other that drove the car. The one that drove the car was eliminated a few days later. But we've been carrying on a public campaign for the army to destroy his house, which is the minimum deterrence that should be done. And just a few days ago we finally got the general of the Central Command to issue a destruction order against his house," he said.
"Amazingly enough there are over 30 accomplices who helped him - and also the terrorist from Barkan, 60 accomplices - who helped them, gave them arms, gave them food, gave them shelter. These people's homes should also e destroyed. So there's a lot that can be done even before the next elections," he added.
Silberstein also called on the government to expel the families of terrorists and renew the policy of targeted assassinations of terrorist leaders.
"The new government needs to take actions which will send clear messages to our enemies that we are sovereign here and we are strong and we will be victorious against them.
"Annex at least Area C in Judea and Samaria. Increase our deterrence in a way that they'll feel it very, very deeply. But begin with the small steps. like the destruction of houses, like the expelling of families and targeted assassinations, that people will see that we mean business."
Thousands saluted the "Young Israel" network of synagogues at the National Council of Young Israel Gala in New York City, including Mike Huckabee, Rudy Giuliani, Congressman Kevin McCarthy, the Moskowitz family, Oded Revivi, Tommy Hicks and others.
